Dry vans are among the most versatile assets in freight. Tharmee Transport's 53-foot fleet keeps cargo fully enclosed and protected from weather from pickup through delivery — an affordable way to move freight that does not need a reefer or an open deck.

They carry boxed or loose goods, including machinery, construction materials, non-perishable foods, auto parts, and general commercial freight. Because the same trailer type covers a wide range of shipments, it serves multiple industries on the same Canada–U.S. network.

The Tharmee Transport flatbed fleet is specified for speed, convenience, and efficiency. Open-deck loading is faster than stuffing a van, which means less time at origin and more time transporting the freight.

The deck handles heavy-weight loads — machinery, metals, steel, and building products — so larger freight moves without being forced into an enclosed trailer.

Straight Truck with Tailgate

Straight trucks move freight quickly when a full trailer is too much truck. They are a cost-efficient way to transport LTL (less-than-truckload) quantities — electronics, machine parts, consumer goods, and similar freight — on city, regional, and Canada–U.S. work a 53-foot cannot finish.

Every unit is equipped with a hydraulic tailgate, so we can load and unload at ground level without docks or forklifts. That is the difference between a completed delivery and a refused load at a site that was never built for a van.
