LTL is for shipments that do not fill a trailer. We move them on straight trucks with a hydraulic tailgate, and we consolidate freight when several smaller loads should travel together. You still deal with one dispatch desk.
Tailgate service covers pickups and deliveries that do not have a dock. Cross-dock in the GTA and Cookstown is where those shipments can be sorted, combined, and sent on — including across the Canada–U.S. border when the paperwork is ready.
